1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 777fx ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 777fx website at 777fx.pro and all associated services, products, games, and promotional materials offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 777fx platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the 777fx platform following any published revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777fx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and 777fx.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the 777fx platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777fx or any related gaming regulatory body.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 777fx platform.

777fx reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777fx may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all deposits will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed.

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law are not permitted to use the 777fx platform. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of 777fx is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777fx makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 777fx services, Players must complete the registration process and maintain an active account in good standing. The following conditions apply to all 777fx accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 777fx account. The creation or maintenance of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of pending bonuses, and potential forfeiture of balances in the duplicate account.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 777fx is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777fx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account Currency: 777fx accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 777fx immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security relating to your credentials.

777fx reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any activity that may cause harm to the platform, other players, or third parties.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777fx platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Methods: 777fx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for individual payment methods are displayed in the 777fx cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777fx account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed within two business hours during operational hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require identity verification before processing. 777fx reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership before approving any withdrawal.
• No Third-Party Transactions: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777fx account. Transactions involving third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Fees: 777fx does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which 777fx accepts no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: 777fx reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where fraud is suspected, where the transaction violates these Terms, or where compliance with applicable law requires it.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777fx may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all 777fx promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, minimum deposit requirements, geographic restrictions, and game-type restrictions.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One Promotion Per Person: Players may not claim the same promotion more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to circumvent this restriction by creating multiple accounts will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. • Abuse of Promotions: 777fx monitors promotional uptake and reserves the right to withhold or void bonus awards where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been abused, exploited through pattern betting, or claimed in bad faith.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 777fx platform, across casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, and all other wagering products:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the 777fx system and a confirmation reference has been generated. 777fx reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunction, manifest error in odds or payouts, incomplete events, or where the integrity of an event is called into question. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's account balance.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — whether due to human error or technical fault — 777fx reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts, even where funds have already been credited to a Player's account.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are offered where available. 777fx accepts no liability for any delay in the transmission of live data that may affect live betting decisions. All in-play bets are accepted subject to the live data being accurate at the time of bet placement.
• Sport-Specific Rules: Individual sports and event categories are governed by sport-specific rules published within the 777fx sportsbook. In cases of conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fx platform. 777fx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit associated balances where such conduct has resulted in financial gain obtained improperly:

• Opening more than one account, whether individually or in collusion with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, age restrictions, or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or any other technical means.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 777fx platform in a manner not sanctioned by 777fx.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 777fx platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the 777fx platform's software or security measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777fx staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

777fx is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. The following responsible gaming conditions form part of these Terms and are binding on all Players:

• 21+ Age Policy: The 777fx platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through registration verification and withdrawal checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fx platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 777fx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777fx platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777fx platform without the express prior written consent of 777fx.

Any unauthorised use of 777fx intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fx, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof. 777fx specifically disclaims:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the platform.

In no event shall 777fx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform, even if 777fx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777fx's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 777fx account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

777fx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include collection of identification and contact information for account registration and KYC compliance, transaction data for payment processing and fraud prevention, gameplay and session data for platform improvement and responsible gaming monitoring, and communications data for customer support purposes.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

777fx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination of an account for reasons attributable to Player misconduct or breach of Terms, 777fx reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no misconduct is involved, any remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as published in the 777fx fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777fx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777fx will provide reasonable notice to Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777fx platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies in that jurisdiction.
